Visitors to the Ossona plateau get the chance to take part in daily activities together with local farmers such as caring for animals, picking fruit, helping with milking, etc. We are happy to arrange guided tours of the area on request. All of these activities are organised directly with the farmer.
Ossona is located at the heart of a beautiful network of walking trails. One-off activities can be organised on request, in collaboration with experts on the local flora and fauna. Other leisure activities are also available such as archery trails (more information...) puzzle trails for children and play parks (slides, swings, etc.).

Nathalie peux donc vous guider en raquette, sortir des traces balisées, tout en respectant les règles de prudence et la faune.

The St-Martin dairy brings together farmers from St-Martin and Mont-Noble. The dairy is located under the communal building, near the church. Products : AOC Valais raclette cheese: 16.- per kg (by the piece) - Tommes : 17.- per kg - Sérac: 9.00 per kg Alpine cheese: 19.00 per kg (by the piece), while stocks last. Only prices displayed at the dairy are binding. Sales hours Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 12:00pm and 5:00pm to 6:00pm Saturday mornings from 10.30am to 12.00pm You can also order goods by telephone on 027 281 12 59 .

From spring, 2015, in an idyllic setting, you will find there a café selling local products, and paddocks.Chottes in the l'A Vieille alpine pasture
"L’A Vieille", the hamlet in the mountain pastures of Eison, stands at an altitude of 2400m. Some of the chottes (huts in mountain pastures) are used as gîtes, and a shop for selling local products, with snack bar, has been established.
 

From Wednesday to Sunday, all day long, you can enjoy home-made Breton galettes and crêpes at Val d'Hérens' only crêperie. Our motto is to give priority to local products and small-scale craftsmen.

Le Saint-Martin Restobar provide a warm welcome and a treat for the tastebuds.
 

Lise and her team welcome you to taste locale produce at the snack bar in this mountain pasture. Owner Lise and her cheese are now so renowned that they were the basis for a project to renovate the mountain pasture at Loveignoz. This took the form of a new building between the barn and the shepherds' house which serves as a snack bar, allowing Lise to display and sell some of the 5500 kg of raclette and tomme cheese she produces every summer in this magical place.
