Sporty side
This course is relatively long, a little difficult although the percentages of slopes are never very high. It is a circuit that is aimed at both experienced and less experienced cyclists; you just have to manage your effort well.

Tourism side
The towns built along the Trambouze were born out of a textile industry that flourished for more than a century. By its quality and the hydraulic force it produces, the water of the rivers has stimulated their expansion. The imprint of this history can be read today in the architecture: red brick chimneys, old factories with shed roofs, allotments...
The many mansions, once owned by factory owners, testify to the richness of an activity that declined from the 1960s.
