Character gîte in little hamlet, less than 2 km from the village of Saint-Forgeux and 9 km from the city of Tarare, between Beaujolais Vert & Monts du Lyonnais areas. It is laid outr in renovated farmhouse also including owners'home (to front). 2 separate access possible : one from shared courtyard (outside stairs + inside staircase), one from back of house (step free). On the 1st level : living room opening onto little unclosed garden (kitchen area, dining area, sofa, TV). 1 bedroom with disabled access (160 cm double bed, sofa bed avalaible to provide sleeping arrangement only), private shower room including Wc. On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms each one with private facilities (shower, washbasin & Wc) : 1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed + 80 cm single bed, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm double bed in each (one has a sofa bed available to provide separate sleeping arrangement only). Bed linen, towels and household linen supplied free. travel cot on request. Outdoors : small unclosed garden with garden table, chairs, bench. Interior courtyard with flowers, covered terrace below with garden furniture and football table. Shared extensive grounds with play area for children (trampoline, swings, toboggan), boules court, benches, deck chairs. Charcoal barbecue on request. Parking reserved for guests. Washing machine in outside room. On site, in the warm season, owners rent 3 yurts (for a welcome of 13 people more). All accommodation may be booked jointly for family or friends gatherings.
