Before going for it, be sure to know all the details about the Cœur de Bretagne 2024 Challenge. You will find the info on the Challenge presentation page that can be found in the previous screen.

From the leisure centre, the route will take you to the entrance of the Bois de Caurel by the Anse de Landroannec and the passage of its footbridges. Arrived at the Caurel hood, you will make a loop along the lake, on technical trails, perfect for a specific trail-running training ! Arrived at Les Granges, you will come back on a large path to the Anse de Landroanec. You can then return to the leisure base by the outward path or do the loop once again !

Warning : Itinerary open from March 1st to September 30th. Closed during the hunting season.

You want some more? Two other routes are available from the same starting point (not included in the Challenge): Route n°74 - Atelier VMA-Seuil offered by coach Christophe Malardé and for the highly-motivated, the Circuit n°72 Tour du lac de Guerlédan offers 36km.

Many hikes also exist around Lac de Guerlédan. You can find them in the "Randos" section of the app.
