The second day begins with a visit to the En Haut farm, where you can buy cheese, before continuing along a forest path leading back to Romme for a peaceful walk through the forest.

The second day of this loop takes you through the forest landscapes between Le Reposoir and Romme. You'll stop off at the Ferme d'En Haut, another opportunity to sample the region's delicious cheeses. Then, following a forest path, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods before heading back up towards the village of Romme.
From the church to Le Châble : Turn onto the Route de Prariand and take the 1st turning on the left, ‘Chemin de la Chapelle’. Follow the signs for Le Châble straight on, cross the concrete bridge and climb the forest track to Ferme d'en Haut. Continue along the path alongside the farm on the left and continue up through the woods to Le Châble. From Le Châble to Romme : Follow the signs for Romme via ‘Brion’, ‘Forêt de Brion’, ‘Virage du Soleil’, ‘Forêt de Bugnon’ and ‘Le Pare’. At the end of the path, climb up the ridge and rejoin the road at Romme. Turn left onto the road and return to the car park: you have completed your second stage.

Admission fee : Free access. There is no charge for the loop itself, just for accommodation (gîtes, refuges, hotels) and services (accompanied by a mountain professional). Hiking guide on sale at the tourist office.
