A very short, flat circuit full of charm, offering a variety of experiences in the heart of the agricultural landscapes of the alluvial plain. A nature escape accessible to everyone—perfect for families with the Lot River accompanying your steps, solo or in groups to work on pace and interval training, or even for people with disabilities. Rural heritage punctuates the scenery: stone barns, quiet country lanes, and views of the village of Frontenac, which you head toward. The terrain is easy and ideal for enjoying the surroundings. The return to Larroque-Toirac stays close to the water, in a cool, peaceful setting, along a completely grassy path.
Cani-cross: suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Handi-accessible: introduction to the joëlette and accessible for people with hearing, visual, cognitive, or mental impairments, as well as certain physical disabilities (note: not suitable for standard wheelchairs or “hippocampe” chairs due to the condition of the farm tracks and the grassy return path).
