Starting from Montbrun, this large loop follows the water before tackling the pronounced, characteristic terrain of the causse. The gradual climb toward the Mas del Suc area transitions the route into a more mineral landscape. The trails rise while offering wide-open views of the valley, with vistas stretching far across the rolling causse. The passage toward Pech Long marks one of the highlights of the circuit, set amid very open agricultural landscapes, before reaching Saute-Roque, where you drop into the final, more technical and challenging descent. The return to Montbrun offers a last spectacle: the Lot valley unfolding below, with the village rooftops gradually reappearing.
