Our craft beers are brewed directly with pure Isola water. Unlike most industrial beers, the yeasts in our craft beers close up in the bottle, mature over time, and offer you a multitude of aromas to taste.
Our beers: Kamous Blonde Beer, Kamous Amber Beer, Kamous White Beer, Kascade IPA (Indian Pale Ale).
The brewery was born in 2018 with one ambition: to offer flavours and aromas totally different from those of industrial beers: Kamous beers.
The business is also committed to using organic malts from the "A vos Malts" malting plant located in the Drôme, which works with farmers in the Rhône Alpes and Paca regions for local beers. Its distribution is made as locally as possible. A project is also underway to revalue the solid residues of beer: the spent grains.
This brewery is also part of a family desire to return to rural life in the highlands of Nice.
