
At Le Bel Horizon, you'll discover the best of the region's gastronomy, with typical dishes and quality produce. The restaurant's large bay windows offer a superb view of the Cantal mountains.Eric Bouyssou welcomes you (reservation recommended) to sample local specialties and gastronomy: home-made terrine with onion jam; Farinette with foie gras and mesclun salad, home-made stuffed cabbage, sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, Salers tournedos with porcini mushrooms, and of course trout.
Daily menus at €17, starter, main course or dessert at €14, or menu at €28 (choice of 3 starters or main courses).
Open until 15/11, and from 15/12 to 31/12.
Closed on Sunday evenings except during school vacations.
