
Situated in a village between Vic-sur-Cère and Thiézac, this detached stone house benefits from good exposure and views over the valley, in a quiet, enclosed setting with 2 lawn terraces (one facing south, the other west).Old mountain farmhouse totally renovated and isolated. The house is composed as follows
- a 35 m² ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment), a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, a living room with comfortable sofa, armchair, TV, DVD player, table with 4 chairs (plus 2 available).
- Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with 15 m² of living space (19 M² on the ground), are equipped with storage space and one (East) with a 180X200 bed and a velux window that opens to project, the other (West) with 2 90X200 beds that can be joined to form one, a window that opens to pull out and a velux window that opens to project. The rooms are prepared before your arrival, with mattress protectors, sheets, comforter covers and comforter covers supplied, and the possibility of additional pillows. Beds are made before your arrival, according to the configuration you have chosen.
Cleaning is provided by us after your departure. We offer a concierge service with various options (cleaning and change of bedding during your stay at extra cost). We can pick you up and take you back to your car, if you have chosen a hike that is not a loop (by appointment, agreed the day before the hike). We are at your disposal for any help or advice you may need to make your stay easier and more enjoyable.
As far as the internet is concerned, we prefer to accommodate our electro-sensitive friends: there is no wifi in the gîte.
For those who wish to work or play on the Internet, 4 G is present and stable.
For those who need a very high bandwidth, there are coworking space rental possibilities, on the premises of the Communauté de communes located in Vic-sur-Cère (6 km from the gîte). Rentals are available by the hour, half-day, day or week... The space is accessible to tenants 24 hours a day. We are at your disposal to facilitate your contact with the local authority.
