Laetitia and Ludovic welcome you to their gite, renovated all year round, in a peaceful setting close to all amenities. The house, with a maximum capacity of 6 people, is located in the village of Saint-Jacques des Blats in the heart of the Cantal mountains, close to Laveissière, the Cère valley and the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne.

Located 5kms from the Alagnon valley resort of Le Lioran (with free shuttle bus available in season, 150m away), numerous hiking trails (Gr400, plomb du cantal,...), 15kms from the mythical Puy Mary and the Jordanne valley at Mandailles, not far from Saint-Flour, Aurillac, Salers and Chaudes Aigues, and 1h30 from Clermont-Ferrand with the Puy de Dôme (listed by UNESCO).

Located 200m from a village with grocery store, tobacconist, bakery and restaurant, and a playground with pétanque court.

Ideal for fishing, hiking, biking and mountain biking. For swimming, there's a municipal pool at Vic sur Cère or Laveissière, 10 km away.

The house has an enclosed garden of approx. 400m², with views of the Plomb du Cantal and Puy Griou mountains, and secure parking for two cars.
