This itinerary, located in the heart of the Abondance valley, is a very beautiful walk along the water which will take you from La Chapelle d'Abondance to Abondance along the Dranse.

No difficulty on this walk, ideal for a family outing.

There are several bus stops along the route if you only want to go one way, or if you want to shorten your walk.

You can also start from the village of Abondance and follow the direction of La Chapelle d'Abondance.

Along the way, you will be able to observe the mountains of the Abondance valley and its mountain pastures, the traditional habitat. You will pass by an old bread oven. You may meet Abondance cows in the meadows along the way.

Picnic tables and benches allow you to enjoy this place where it is good to walk during the hot weather.
