The departure point is at the Crêt Béni chairlift car park. In the first section, follow the Clos Baron road to La Plagne de Miolène. At the intersection, turn right onto Chemin du Chon. When you reach Le Chon, turn left and climb up into the forest until you reach the 4x4 track, which continues past the chalets of La Plaine Joux and the l'Enquernaz. The path then joins a place called La Trêche. To reach the village center, descend via the Charmy l'Adroit road and then Chemin Bellevue. To return to La Chapelle d'Abondance, you can take the bus from the covered market hall.
