A 200-metre swim in the main pool at La Diat to warm up. A 10-kilometre bike ride through the hamlets of Saint-Pierre, combining exertion with good cheer. A 2.5-kilometre run at La Diat to finish in style. No official timing: everyone sets their own pace, everyone has their own challenge! And to round off the evening: a communal barbecue from 8 pm
