Subject to favorable weather.Step by step description : Start - From the Tourist Office, head up Rue des Grandes Alpes towards the hamlet of Les Verneys.
1 - Once you've crossed the bridge, walk along the parking lot to take the footbridge on the left of the main road to the fitness trail.
2 - Once in front of the riding school, follow the wide dirt path to the right. After a short climb, you'll see the Chapelle Saint Pierre.
3 - Once you've passed the Montissot chairlift departure station, continue up the saddle track to the Les Mérégers restaurant.
4 - Continue towards Lac de la Vieille.
5 - Walk around the lake to find the downhill slopes (recommended route: the family trail).
6 - Continue along the signposted path to Chapelle des Trois Croix. You'll pass through the state forest.
7 - Once you've reached the Chapelle des Trois Croix, follow the signs for the signposted path to the hamlet of Col.
8 - After the hamlet of Col, you have two options: continue on a fairly narrow path to a footbridge (not recommended for beginners), or take the road from the hamlet of Col back to Valloire.
9 - Pass through the hamlets of Les Granges and Les Choseaux-Ville before returning to the Tourist Office.
