Hand-crafted stoneware pottery. JA! are first and foremost my initials, but they also stand for "YES! Yes it's possible, Yes I want it! I seek to combine the simple, the useful and the beautiful.
Everyday objects and handcrafted forms shaped and imbued with the work of the hand. I like natural tones, white and beige, playing with matte and gloss. I use stoneware in my work. I love this rustic clay, which is not perfectly white, but studded with small black grains at times. I love the warmth of its color and the infinite shades of stoneware that nature has to offer.
