A magnificent route with grandiose and breathtaking landscapes !
Starting from St Jean-du-Doigt, so named because the church, situated in the heart of a parish enclosure, the only one on the coast, is said to contain a relic of St John, a phalanx of one of his fingers.
After a passage through the market gardens of the Trégor, as a warm-up, the coastal path becomes technical and very uneven. It is sometimes necessary to put your hands down and to be vigilant. You will walk along very steep rocky cliffs, but you will have an unobstructed view of the coastline with an arrival on the beach of St Jean and its clear waters.
Warning : technical route on the coastal part. Only for experienced trail runners only.
Parcours technique et accidenté sur sa partie côtière. Réservé aux trailers expérimentés. Vigilance de rigueur.
