Beg an Fry Point lies along the scenic customs officers' path between Locquirec and Plougasnou. Surrounded by dramatic cliffs blanketed in heathland and charming sandy coves, it stretches out into the sea to offer truly breathtaking views. These ancient rock formations are among the oldest in Brittany and have witnessed remarkable chapters of French history - from the landing of resistance fighters from England to naval battles and even the inspiration of a renowned painter. Just below, the idyllic Venizella Beach, with its crystal-clear turquoise waters, is a perfect spot for families to relex and enjoy the beauty of the coast.
The part of the GR34 (customs officers' path) is particulary steep and not accessible to everyone : good shoes and good physical condition are essential.
