After a short warm-up across the plain, the climb toward Saint-Pierre-Toirac quickly sets the pace. Between dry-stone walls and caselles lining the path, you gradually gain the causse, alternating pleasantly between shaded woodland and more open sections, where panoramas multiply. The valleys bring freshness and technical challenges, while the plateaus allow for faster, flowing sections. The return to the valley is gradual. As you descend, the silhouette of Larroque-Toirac reappears, dominated by its castle clinging to the cliff. The final kilometers, more runnable along the Lot, allow you to fully enjoy the route.
