Link the wild heights to the winding banks of the Lot on a long and varied route, alternating sustained climbs, balcony sections, and more runnable stretches along the valley floor. From the center of Cajarc, the trail quickly rises toward La Plogne to reach the Combes de Prajoux. Passing Roc Traquat marks the descent to the valley floor, where you follow the Verboul stream to reach the Font Nègre spring, with its curious steps descending into the clear blue water. A sustained climb leads to the first balcony trail, where the views gradually open and the terrain becomes more mineral. From Larnagol, you follow the course of the Lot along beautiful singletrack balcony trails all the way back to Cajarc, offering remarkable viewpoints throughout before returning to the lively atmosphere of the village.
