Enduro is however a discipline in its own right, and knowing how to ride a bike is often not enough to understand the trails. We advise you to learn the basics at an MCF school like Bike In Louron in Peyragudes: your outings will be all the better for it!

From the Avajan information point at the campsite, take the E link towards the village of Cazaux-Fréchet. In the centre of the village, turn right to start the descent that ends at the edge of the road, which will take you back to the starting point.
