Close to the Auron chalet, in a newly completed residence with a floor area of 87 m² and an 11 m² terrace offering a beautiful panoramic view of the Auron mountains (Southwest).
You benefit from high-end amenities, a large enclosed garage for two cars, and a ski locker. A shuttle bus stop is located at the foot of the residence. You will benefit from all the necessary equipment for your stay: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, filter and espresso coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue set, pressure cooker, toaster, and more.
Each room features a flat-screen TV and subscriptions to channels such as Netflix and Canal+. Wi-Fi is available throughout, as well as a smart speaker, radio, and Blu-ray DVD player. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, and a washing machine/dryer.
You can adjust the temperature in each room using the central heating system, as well as the lighting intensity, depending on whether you prefer softer or brighter lighting.
You have at your disposal a large bedroom of approximately 20m² with two 90x200cm beds and a luxury 160x200cm sofa bed with a comfortable, thick 18cm mattress. You also have a bedroom under the eaves of approximately 9m² with a 160x200cm bed.
All beds have comfortable, high-quality mattresses.
On the large terrace, you have access to a garden furniture set with a coffee table and two deckchairs.
Private concierge services are available upon request (breakfast, grocery delivery, housekeeping, babysitting, private ski instructors, etc.).

There is a small swimming pool and sauna in the residence, which are currently undergoing renovations. We do not currently have a completion date for this work.
Weekend rentals (2 days) are available outside of holiday periods.
