
Discover or rediscover the challenging route of the famous ‘Thyon-Dixence’ foot race in the Val des Dix. The route is 16.35 km long with an elevation gain of 700 m, at an altitude of between 2,100 and 2,450 m. You will have the privilege of passing through mountain paths, small high-altitude lakes, steep rocks and short steep climbs to finish at the Grande Dixence dam, the highest gravity dam in the world. Throughout the route, the magnificent setting of majestic mountains such as the Maya, the Dent-Blanche and the Matterhorn is breathtaking.
