Set off from the village of Eison, climbing towards Les Mayens. After this initial ascent, descend for about 1 km to the hairpin bend. At this point, take the mountain bike track that cuts through the forest and crosses two small streams towards Meretse. From there, climb up to Prarion and then La Plantation. Continue along the forest road to the 1720 m mark. A magnificent descent awaits you, taking in Tsijeraches and the Crête de Baule, then following the farm track towards Trogne, before returning to Saint-Martin.
