Our hotel, built in 1905, in the beautiful village of Evolène, promises you an unforgettable stay. This large building at the entrance of the village has always been designed to welcome travellers, so it is an honour to be able to perpetuate this tradition so that you can discover or rediscover our enchanting valley.

Several maintenance works have been carried out over the years to keep the building in good condition. At the beginning of 2020, we launched a major renovation of the premises in order to ensure the comfort of our guests. For the time being, the bar and the restaurant are finished and we will be delighted to show them to you. We wanted to preserve the authenticity of the place while bringing comfort and modernity.
The warm and welcoming bar, with its period stones and wood, will offer you exceptional moments of relaxation, sharing and friendship.
The dining room has been designed to offer you a unique culinary experience in a sober setting, while taking advantage of the magnificent view offered by its original setting. Our team will guide you in your choice of the many vintages that you will be able to discover in our glassed-in cellar adjacent to the dining room.
The kitchen has been completely rethought, giving pride of place to local products. The chef works with the producers of the region, following the rhythm of the seasons to offer you a new experience each time you visit. Rich from his experience in many renowned establishments, he blends the finesse of French gastronomy with the generosity of family cooking, while adding here and there touches of inspiration from elsewhere. The rooms will also be completely renovated in the future. However, they are already ready to welcome travellers. Of the eleven rooms currently available, three are equipped with bathrooms (WC-shower) and eight only have showers with shared WC. We are committed to offering our guests a pleasant stay, so comfort is one of our priorities. You will find at your disposal a bright living room with a reading and television corner as well as a large terrace on the first floor where you can relax in the sun while admiring the wonderful landscape around you.
