The Ossona plateau is a jewel set within the chain of characteristic hamlets in the locality of Saint Martin. Located in a beautiful natural setting atop the Ossona plateau, surrounded by goats and dairy cows, this hamlet is ideal for both long or short stays. The hamlet of Ossona has been restored in order to breathe new life into an area which lay abandoned for almost 40 years. Fruit of an exemplary partnership between the Council of Saint Martin, the Valais Canton, the Confederation and the agritourism owners, we invite you to come and see the results of this heartfelt battle to respectfully restore the incredible legacy left to us by our ancestors.
Visitors to the Ossona plateau get the chance to take part in daily activities together with local farmers such as caring for animals, picking fruit, helping with milking, etc. We are happy to arrange guided tours of the area on request. All of these activities are organised directly with the farmer.
Ossona is located at the heart of a beautiful network of walking trails. One-off activities can be organised on request, in collaboration with experts on the local flora and fauna. Other leisure activities are also available such as archery trails (more information...) puzzle trails for children and play parks (slides, swings, etc.).

La cabane des Becs de Bosson is a mountain hut located at an altitude of 2985 m with 60 beds on the borders of Val d'Hérens, Val d'Anniviers and Vallon de Réchy. It can be reached from all the villages on the right bank of the Borgne with a trek of just over two hours. Views across 24 peaks of over 4,000 m.

Cette formation enrichissante, lui a d’emblée enthousiasmée. Actuellement, Nathalie a terminé sa formation d'accompagnatrice. Nathalie peux donc vous guider en raquette, sortir des traces balisées, tout en respectant les règles de prudence et la faune.

Assis dans les fleurs multiombre rafraichissante d’un grand mélèze ou peut-être pieds nus dans les landes de rhododendrons et de myrtilles, vous pourrez laisser votre imagination se laisser porter dans de beaux et lointains voyages.
Yannick est également thérapeute, il est Praticien en PNL et Hypnothérapeute.
Il organise souvent des ateliers rando-thérapies dans la nature.

The St-Martin dairy brings together farmers from St-Martin and Mont-Noble. The dairy is located under the communal building, near the church. Products : AOC Valais raclette cheese: 16.- per kg (by the piece) - Tommes : 17.- per kg - Sérac: 9.00 per kg Alpine cheese: 19.00 per kg (by the piece), while stocks last. Only prices displayed at the dairy are binding. Sales hours Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 12:00pm and 5:00pm to 6:00pm Saturday mornings from 10.30am to 12.00pm You can also order goods by telephone on 027 281 12 59 .

Production and sale of cheese.
In an idyllic setting, you will find a renovated agritourism building housing a space dedicated to promoting local products, complete with a refreshment bar, as well as a horse shelter (chottes) of the l'A Vieille alpine pasture.
The hamlet of Eison alpine pasture "L'A Vieille", is located on a gently sloping high plateau, directly above the village of Eison at an altitude of 2,400 metres.
The original hamlet, composed of buildings of similar size, presents a very harmonious appearance and has retained its authentic character. All constructions have been renovated in accordance with their original architectural typology. Some of the "chottes" have been converted into rural guest accommodations. A local produce shop and a refreshment bar have also been established.

Every day, from 6:30 am until 6:30 pm, you can enjoy home-made Breton galettes and crêpes at Val d'Hérens' only crêperie. Our motto is to give priority to local products and small-scale craftsmen.
Lise and her team welcome you to taste locale produce at the snack bar in this mountain pasture. Owner Lise and her cheese are now so renowned that they were the basis for a project to renovate the mountain pasture at Loveignoz. This took the form of a new building between the barn and the shepherds' house which serves as a snack bar, allowing Lise to display and sell some of the 5500 kg of raclette and tomme cheese she produces every summer in this magical place.

Ossona Inn
Located close to the guesthouses and open to everyone, the inn welcomes you from April to October. At lunchtime and in the evening (by reservation), it offers a small menu as well as, upon request, traditional country and regional dishes prepared largely with products from the farm and the local area.
