parcours

There's nothing like a crossing to enjoy the variety of beautiful landscapes of the Baronnies in Drôme Provençale. By taking the GR9 route, you will successively discover the monotraces of Malpertuis and Milmandre before joining an easier section until the Red Cross Pass. There's a last difficult passage that awaits you while climbing the Garde Grosse before going down to Nyons.

The associations Courir à Nyons and Buis J'aime J'y Cours organize each winter an event with several races which take this route. Follow the news !

The areas you are about to take cross a Natura 2000 area, known for its remarkable biodiversity. You too, participate in its preservation by adopting an eco-responsible attitude. From Ouvèze to Eygues, this route will make you discover the hinterland and its secret hills. Above Buis, you will cross landscapes of well-exposed moors where many species of Mediterranean birds sing, including the passerine warbler and the ortolan sparrow. Then you will reach the Bordette valley, where for several years the discreet Egyptian vulture, one of the most threatened vultures in the world, nested. Finally, arriving on Garde Grosse, you will cross the territory of the majestic Golden Eagle.
