Sleep should not be neglected. When it is of adequate duration and quality, it improves attention, behaviour, memory and overall mental and physical health.

LIn addition, sleep allows general relaxation of the muscles, particularly those used during physical effort. This total inactivity also allows the elimination of waste and toxins accumulated during the sports session.

Here are the keys for optimal sleep :  

  • Listen to your body when you start to feel tired, do not fight against sleep
  • Stop using screens at least 1 hour before going to sleep
  • No interfering noises
  • Total darkness
  • Sleep about 8 hours a night
