Numerous long-distance trails cross the region: the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago), the Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert Trail, the Stevenson Trail, the Urbain V Trail, the Régordane Way… and the most recent addition, the Gorges and Tarn Valley Trail. This offer is complemented by long-distance mountain biking along the Grande Traversée du Massif Central, or road cycling on the Lot Valley by Bike route.
