This short distance route is perfect to discover specificity of trail running, with technical and magnificient paths. You will discover the foothills of Caroux and the historical path of the guards before running down to Saint Martin de l'Arçon, a typical hamlet with stone houses. Then, you will return to the Gorges d'Héric before returning at the starting point.

La distance totale est courte et fait que la montée par le sentier des gardes comme la descendre par le sentier caladé sont abruptes.
De jolis point de vue surtout à la montée suivie d'une remise en condition au coin du feu pour le chien t son binôme.
