This itinerary will allow you to visit Chabrières forest in its entirety, to trace the footsteps of the former quarrymen working at the ‘Massif-du-Maupuy’ and see the various rock cluster legends that you’ll find dotted throughout the route. You will discover a course which subtly mixes both wide easy-going tracks, and highly challenging and “grueling” single-file pathways. N.B.: on this demanding circuit, it is advisable to take a little food and a good supply of water with you, as the options for replenishing water bottles are few and far between: Savennes (cemetery) or the animal park.
