Au départ de la base Quercy Outdoor de Salviac, partez pour un itinéraire mêlant douceur et effort.

Les 16 premiers kilomètres, plutôt roulants, mènent à l’Abbaye Nouvelle, véritable point d’orgue patrimonial du parcours. Ensuite, le terrain se corse avec un lot de dénivelé sur la partie nord, enchaînant montées et descentes. À Pech Curet, les trésors du causse s’offrent à vous : dolmen, gariottes, grotte d’Addo et un superbe panorama sur la vallée avant le retour.
