It was in Santranges, that Henri Blanchet settled as a peasant and it was here that his reputation as a "Parsigneux" (one who acts by sign) was established. Le Parsigneux, known as "Bon Dieu d'Santranges". People came to be treated from everywhere, even from abroad.
