Join us on Saturday 3 October 2026 in Belle-Isle-en-Terre for a trail-running workshop led by Christophe Malardé on the theme: “A year to build muscular strength and establish your weekly routine”

A word from the coach: after a 30-minute warm-up, you will take part in a trail-specific strength-training workshop featuring exercises that you can continue practising at home over the long term.

Practical information:

  • Welcome from 9:15 a.m.
  • From 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon: warm-up, trail-running workshop and discussion with Christophe
  • Free of charge – Open to all abilities – Registration required
  • Limited to 20 participants
  • Participation requirements: you must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid PPS certificate or sports licence

For those who wish to take part, the day will continue in the afternoon in partnership with the Belle-Isle-en-Terre Station Sports & Nature, alongside trail runner and physiotherapist Emmanuel Cauty and Ronan Fontaine. Enjoy discussions and practical workshops focusing on injury prevention, strength training and trail-specific preparation.

- Strength training tailored to the demands of trail running
- Technique workshops and pace variations
- Video recordings and personalised analysis
- Discussions on managing discomfort and balancing sport with your professional, social and family life
