Day 2

• 9am - 4pm: Vertical San Parteo hike - 5 km; 790 m D+ and San Parteo loop - 7 km; 940 m D-; with picnic lunch.
• Late afternoon: Conference and discussion with the mountain guide.

Day 3

• 9am - 4pm: Circuit Maison Forestière - 20 km; 980 D+ with picnic lunch.
• Late afternoon: Conference and discussion with the mountain leader.

Day 4

• 8am - 12pm: Tour des ponts génois - 9 km; 390 D+.
• 12.30 pm: Friendly lunch with debriefing
• 3pm: End of our services *

The price includes :

Accommodation at the "Maison Forestière de Tartagine" in a double or twin room with private bathroom and full board from dinner on the first day to lunch on the fourth day.

Supervision by a mountain guide: 2 days hiking-racing and 1 half-day hiking-racing

2 conferences and discussions about the trail (preparation; pre-competition; management during the race; ...)
