This cross-training route is a series of 12 muscle strengthening workshops specially adapted to trail-running training. You will have the choice between 3 levels of difficulty: beginner - intermediate - advanced. After a warm-up of 20 to 30 minutes in jogging rhythm, run the circuit by respecting the instructions of each workshop.
