On this 3.6km route, realise an interval training. This type of training allows you to work at higher intensities than those encountered in races over shorter distances. Discover the split sessions offered on this route by Mikaël Pasero, ultra-trail runner and state certified trainer. You will have the choice between 3 levels of difficulty (beginner - intermediate - advanced) and two types of split (split short - split long).
