Would you like to improve your cardio and trail running technique? Sign up for this trail running course in a unspoilt natural setting, amongst iconic peaks and authentic villages.
Over the course of the weekend, you’ll hone your trail running skills: pacing, running uphill and downhill, using poles, running technique and video analysis. You’ll also explore key concepts in mountain preparation and performance, in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere surrounded by nature.
