This is a difficult trail (red), 5.25 km long, from Trail 1 (Long Beach) to Avenue Maurice Chevalier. The itinerary is designed for experienced runners and hikers, and combines all kinds of challenges: uphill, downhill, steps, tarmac, earth tracks, etc.

Leaving from Trail 1, you cross Boulevard du Midi Louise Moreau and then follow Passage Pierre Sémard under the railway line, then continue along Avenue Pierre Sémard, before turning right onto Rue Marco del Ponte. Then take Avenue Francis Tonner towards the east, and begin an uphill section, before turning off to the left to go down Avenue Sainte-Marguerite. At the roundabout, continue along Avenue Sainte-Marguerite and then turn right onto the small earth track running through the mimosas, and you will arrive at Allée Font de Veyre.
Turn left into Avenue Font de Veyre, then left at the bend on Boulevard du Soleil and finally turn right at the intersection of Boulevard Bel Horizon, where you can enjoy a view over the La Bocca district. Then turn left onto Boulevard des Myrthes and continue for about 350 metres, before going up the steps of Passage de Roquebillière and turning right at the end of Boulevard des Îles to get to Boulevard du Soleil.
Turn right into Boulevard du Soleil and then continue along Avenue François Tuby (<-> liaison with Trail 16). Then follow Chemin de Garibondy, cross Avenue Michel Jourdan at the pedestrian crossing of René Goscinny School and go up the passage alongside the Grande Frayère.
You come out into Avenue des Buissons Ardents, and then go up towards Avenue Maurice Chevalier, where you follow the same route as Trail 12.
