You get into the water east of the car park and head towards the Mouré Rouge port alongside Gazagnaire beach. Take care of the boats arriving and leaving near Port Canto (risk area).
Continue on towards the aquaculture area at Pointe Fourcade, where you turn around and head back to your starting point.
You can make a short excursion to Palm Beach and see Sainte Marguerite island, before a few more paddle strokes take you back to your starting point.
In summer, take special care crossing the beach safety boat channels and the sports boat channels.
