Leave the channel of buoys and head west towards Port Canto and La Croisette.
After one kilometre, watch out for the boats arriving and leaving near Port Canto (risk area).
Then follow the port embankment and you arrive opposite Zamenhof beach. Pass all the beaches and luxury hotels on La Croisette and then start back the way you came at the end of Albert Edouard pier.
Don't be surprised if you see people who seem to be walking on the surface of the water because La Croisette beaches are protected by a dyke about 80 metres from the foreshore, an effective barrier against the strong waves coming in from the Mediterranean in autumn.
On the way back, once you pass Port Canto, you can take a quick tour to the small port of La Pointe Croisette then head back to your starting point.
In summer, take special care crossing the beach safety boat channels and the sports boat channels.
