You get into the water east of Port Abri du Béal, and then head eastwards alongside the beaches of Cannes-la-Bocca. At the 3-kilometre point, you reach Les Rochers Rouges, where you turn around and go back the way you came.
In summer, take special care crossing the beach safety boat channels and the sports boat channels.
