On the heights of L'Ile-Rousse, our restaurant welcomes you with a Mediterranean menu.The restaurant's reputation is undoubtedly built on its skilful blend of seafood and oriental flavours. The menu is almost exclusively made up of specialties that can't be found anywhere else: fish keftas, liche, stuffed sardines, fish soup or anemone fritters (subject to availability) will open the ball.
Grouper, the king of Mediterranean fish, is available here in tagine or simply grilled, seasoned with a butter sauce. A pure marvel!
Lobster and crayfish, as well as the fish of the day (sea bream, mostelle, corbs, sars, pagres), carefully prepared in the oven and pan, will delight lovers of fresh produce.
