The quality of the vinification has however been modernized by the use of stainless steel tanks.
The conservation in oak barrels and the bottling also benefit from the most modern scientific contribution.

The beneficial combination of respect for tradition and the desire for progress currently allows us to present several wines which, because of their qualities, have earned the Protected Designation of Origin "Vin de Corse-Calvi".
