Piotr preaches for his new parish: Moulin du Château. What a change of life for this former priest from the Balanese region, where he practiced for 25 years! For the past 12 years, he has devoted himself entirely to his job as a miller in Feliceto.
Piotr took a radical turn when he became the parish priest of Moulin du Château. After 25 years serving the Balinese region, he now devotes himself fully to his new job as a miller, a passion he has embraced with enthusiasm.

In 1994, together with Ange-François Vincentelli, he began planting six hundred olive trees at A Pieve.
Over the years, the estate has grown to fourteen hectares and, after twenty-five years, boasts 4,000 trees! Since 2015, Piotr has offered a selection of processed products, such as tapenades, made in a specialized kitchen in Calvi, as well as a range of cold-saponified soaps. What's essential to me," confides the former clergyman, "is its eternal character. In Christian tradition, the olive tree never dies, even after a fire. Eternity has a meaning. And oil can be produced today with modern machinery! But do you know the mill's sacred mission?" concludes Piotr, enigmatically.

For 12 years now, holy oil has been made in the traditional way here in Feliceto!
