Former chef and manager of the Sol e Luna restaurant in Feliceto, I decided to create my own table d'hôtes on my terrace. I offer refined, gourmet, semi-gastronomic cuisine. Everything is homemade! No microwave cooking!

A former student of the Ferrandi school, I cut my teeth from an early age, notably at the Trianon Palace in Versailles, where I worked at the 2-star Gordon Ramsay. Having lived abroad, particularly in Asia and Latin America, my cuisine is atypical. I don't serve veal with olives!
I offer an à l'ardoise menu, prepared with fresh, local and seasonal produce, and regularly renewed according to my whims. I look forward to welcoming you to my home, to my great pleasure and that of your taste buds!
