
Acetu Balaninu produces its artisanal vinegars using the Orléans method. Aged in oak barrels, they patiently reveal all the aromatic richness of the wine, sublimated by carefully controlled natural fermentation. A lover of authentic flavors and an epicurean at heart, the vinegar factory's creator first cultivated her exacting standards and rigor through oenology, before a change of life and a move to Corsica led her to a new adventure: that of artisan vinegar maker.
In her workshop, she makes her vinegars using the Orléanaise method, a traditional know-how that allows wine to slowly transform, on contact with air, into a rich, balanced vinegar. Aged in oak barrels, these vinegars develop subtle, harmonious aromas, the fruit of patient, precise work in which every detail counts.
Bottled and labeled on site, Acetu Balaninu's vinegars reflect the passion for wine, the generosity of Corsica and the constant quest for quality.
