Since 1981, Les Délices de Juliette has embodied a Corsican culinary tradition handed down from generation to generation. Francine, a pioneer in her time, was the first woman to turn her passion for Corsican patisserie into a travelling business. Today, her daughter Stéphanie Sarocchi carries on this heritage with the same passion and deep respect for family and local traditions.

Stéphanie grew up in the world of Corsican patisseries, accompanying her mother to various fairs and quickly getting her hands dirty. After taking over and renaming the business, she continues to keep alive the ancestral recipes learned in the family. Les Délices de Juliette are renowned for their authenticity and the quality of their products, always made from local, seasonal ingredients.

Unmissable Corsican specialities Les Délices de Juliette offers a wide range of sweet and savoury Corsican pastries, including the famous brocciu doughnuts, both sweet and savoury.
Here are just a few of the specialities that leave no mouth indifferent:
Sweet and savory Brocciu doughnuts, Wild herb, onion and wild herb tarts, Falculelle, Fiadone and Ambrucciata with broccio, a delicious fresh cheese with a strong local reputation, Frappe, typical doughnuts, Migliacciole and Migliacci, and many other island specialties...

Les Délices de Juliette is an itinerant patisserie caterer that travels the length and breadth of Corsica, visiting a number of local craft fairs to offer their specialties, made fresh on the spot. Follow the dates on their website and social networks. Visit them at their Lozari establishment in the Via Stazzola commercial zone.
