This April, our coaches are offering you the Tempo Trail Pyramid! Work at an intermediate pace, neither too slow nor too fast, but as close as possible to the anaerobic lactic threshold. It's a mixed workout, combining speed and endurance.

Trail conference after work - May 31

Friday May 31 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., Trail Conference at the Calibou bar in Godewaersvelde after work. Original conference on the "interests and optimization of trail recovery", hosted by Julien and David, health professionals and sports coaches at WWCoaching. Discover why recovery is a key part of your athletic progression and learn how to strategically integrate it into your season. The conference will be followed by a moment of conviviality with an aperitif board and a drink of your choice.
