The guide is available free of charge at our offices in Bailleul, Cassel and Hazebrouck, as well as in digital format.
The digital version!David and Julien, 2 health professionals and sports coaches, based in the Espace Trail at WWCoaching, offer a coaching and support service for trailers and runners: training plan, group coaching sessions, theoretical lectures, group trail outings, trail weekends.
more informationThe Hauts-de-France National Botanical Conservatory invites walkers and outdoor enthusiasts to explore the natural beauty of the Cœur de Flandre region through a series of six events, running from January to June, in partnership with In Flanders Trails (with financial support from the French Office for Biodiversity (OFB) and the Cœur de Flandre Urban Community).
Episode 5: The Yellow BuntingEvery Wednesday at 7.15 pm, coaching and trail running sessions for adults are available, led by David and Julien from WWcoaching, two health professionals and sports coaches. The sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and take place at various lovely locations within the “In Flanders Trails” trail running area. On the programme: strength training, proprioception, mobility, running technique and posture, a friendly atmosphere, support and pushing yourself to new limits. Just €6.00 per person per session. Every other Wednesday, coaching and trail running sessions for children and teenagers are available: at 10am for 6 to 11-year-olds, at 11am for 3 to 6-year-olds, and at 2pm for 12 to 16-year-olds

To experience the trail even more intensely, you can take advantage of a thematic weekend, an activity or even specialized workshops to progress. No doubt, the trail in the Heart of Flanders offers you a range of possibilities to surpass yourself!
